Sequans at Mobile World Congress Americas
At Mobile World Congress Americas, September 12-14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Sequans will be talking about the latest in mobile IoT deployments and Sequans’ famous Monarch technology. Monarch is today recognized as the leading LTE for IoT solution, highly optimized for cost and power efficiency, and certified by leading mobile operators around the world. We will be making announcements about new Sequans-powered devices and new operator relationships.
Hear Georges Karam Talk LTE for IoT
CEO Georges Karam will discuss some of the latest developments in LTE for IoT at a conference session on day one entitled “Mobile IoT Deployments” where he will join panelists from Cisco, Nimbelink, Seek Thermal, and The Bee Corp., to discuss some of the most exciting LTE IoT projects of our day. The session will be held at 3:15, Wednesday, September 12, in Petree C.
Georges will also be speaking at noon on Thursday, September 13th at a co-located event presented by James Brehm & Associates in partnership with GSMA. The event is entitled: IoT 101 – Digital Transformation University, and will be held at JW Marriott (conjoined to the LACC) in Gold Ballroom 1.
Don’t miss these opportunities to hear from Sequans’ CEO who is one of our industry’s most knowledgeable LTE for IoT leaders.
Certified by Operators Worldwide, Monarch Powers the IoT
Please visit Sequans on the show floor in the South Hall, stand S.3146. We will have on display numerous Monarch-powered IoT devices — trackers, buttons, and modules — and information about the operator-certified Monarch family of products, including Monarch SX, which embeds a processor, sensor hub, and media engine, for sophisticated applications; Monarch N, the recently introduced NB-IoT-only version of Monarch; and Monarch SiP, the world’s smallest and thinnest connectivity solution made in partnership with Skyworks and recently certified by Verizon. We will be discussing Monarch’s unique capability that enables Monarch-based devices to operate either in LTE-M or in NB-IoT, leveraging its dual mode image. You’ll see the world’s first tracker devices based on Monarch SiP. The Monarch family of products provides a solution for every IoT application imaginable.
GSMA Innovation City
NimbeLink’s Asset Tracking Solution, based on Sequans Monarch LTE-M/NB-IoT Platform, is powering a very exciting live demo at GSMA’s Innovation City, located in the South Hall, Stand S. 1346. NimbeLink’s asset tracking solution will be monitoring the location, motion, temperature, and humidity of a live beehive, showing how important IoT sensing, tracking, and analytics can be in agricultural applications. Don’t miss it.
Ericsson and Sequans Collaborate on Live Demo
Our colleagues at Ericsson are conducting a live Smart Building NB-IoT demo, featuring Sequans’ Monarch technology in an IoT sensor device. Visit Ericsson’s stand in the South Hall, S.1724 to see it.
LTE for Broadband
While most of the talk circles around narrowband IoT and Monarch, Sequans also provides solutions for broadband IoT with our Cassiopeia platform. These include some new devices for the CBRS spectrum band (3.5 GHz), recently allocated by the FCC for commercial applications. Sequans has a long and successful track record of deployed devices operating at this frequency and now, as a member of the CBRS Alliance, an organization founded to promote LTE services in this band, is working with customers to bring to market new high performance devices that take advantage of the unique benefits of operating at 3.5 GHz. New CBRS devices will be on display.
In addition to the booth, Sequans also has a private meeting room in the South Hall to meet with customers, press, and analysts, by appointment.
See you in Los Angeles!
