SQN5120 Mont Blanc is the first semiconductor solution in the industry to provide both LTETM and WiMAXTM in a single die, 40 nm package, that includes optimized SDRAM, for the manufacture of dual mode mobile hotspots, CPE, USB dongles, data cards, PCs, CE devices, machine-to-machine devices and more. SQN5120 answers the demand of operators and device makers for dual-mode solutions to facilitate the transition from WiMAX to LTE and to ensure seamless WiMAX/LTE coexistence. SQN5120 Mont Blanc is a member of Sequans’ StreamrichLTE family of products for high performance devices.

SQN5120 Mont Blanc supports both FDD and TDD duplexing methods. It supports DigRF v4 and flexible DigIQ interfaces for various LTE bands via various TDD or FDD LTE RF front-ends. SQN5120 interconnects with RF partner Fujitsu’s LTE-optimized transceiver, MB86L13A for FDD bands, or with Sequans’ own SQN3140 transceiver for all major TDD bands.
