SQN5110 is the dual-mode WiMAX/LTE baseband chip at the heart of Sequans’ second generation LTE platform, Andromeda, highly optimized for multi-mode 4G mobile devices. Andromeda includes baseband and RF chipsets and reference designs, and leverages three years of Sequans’ LTE IOT, field trial, and commercial deployment experience.
Applications
SQN5110 delivers 4G wireless broadband connectivity for fully mobile WiMAX and LTE applications, allowing dual mode deployment of a wide range of devices. Leveraging Sequans’ field proven WiMAX SQN1200 series and LTE SQN3000 series architecture and software, and incorporating a higher level of system integration, SQN5110 delivers significant reductions in system cost and design footprint.
