(NYSE: SQNS) today announced that its Calliope LTE Cat 1 Platform is powering Geotab’s new GO8Ⓡ device, an open-platform telematics solution for fleet management unveiled this week at Mobile World Congress. The GO8 delivers a comprehensive set of telematics features including GPS, g-force monitoring, accurate engine diagnostics, accident detection and notification, near real-time vehicle data, fast GPS acquisition time, auto-calibrating accelerometer performance, and end-to-end security.
