Within the Software team, you will be responsible to:

• Manage protocol software team
• Enable project team members
• Conduct periodic reviews on progress of project with the team, manage tasks on a weekly basis
• Improve best practices and methodology including documentation

You will lead the team responsible for:

• L2/L3 SW design
• SW development on LTE and 5G stack (PDCP, RLC, MAC, RRC, NAS, SDAP)
• SW maintenance
• Unitary testing (target & simulation) to ensure SW deliveries quality

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack development
• Good understanding of 3GPP Specs
• Strong experience in L2/L3 Protocol Stack development
• Excellent C/C++ programming skills
• Hands-on software implementation experience
