Within the SPL-PI team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new architectures and algorithms in the embedded DSP core.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- DSP implementation in C and assembly of algorithms for the PHY layer of our LTE products
- Development of the LTE DSP scheduler
- Development of the embedded debug module
- Unitary testing and integration in simulation and on target
- Development of the non regressions and delivery environment
- Documentation
- Support to other teams (ASIC, Platform Integration, System Test and IOT teams)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Good programming skills: working experience in embedded C is mandatory, C++ is a plus
- HW/SW interfaces programming (working experience in low level device programming)
- Script languages: knowledge of python is a plus
- Build systems: knowledge of “make” and/or one build system is a plus
- Knowledge of gcc/ld/objdump/ar and linker files is a plus
- Knowledge in cellular systems / digital communications is a plus
- 7 years experience in the industry
