Sequans promotes the growth of the broadband wireless industry through support of its key organizations, among which is the WiMAX Forum where it is a principal member.

	WiMAX Forum The WiMAX Forum™ is an industry-led, non-profit corporation formed to help promote and certify the compatibility and interoperability of broadband wireless products using the IEEE 802.16 and ETSI HiperMAN wireless MAN specifications. The forum's goal is to accelerate the introduction of these devices into the marketplace. 	IEEE 802.16 The IEEE 802.16 Working Group on Broadband Wireless Access Standards develops standards and recommended practices to support the development and deployment of broadband wireless metropolitan area networks. 	WCA International Founded in 1988, the Wireless Communications Association International (WCA) is the principal non-profit trade association representing the wireless broadband industry. WCA membership, which includes the industry's leading carriers, vendors and consultants, has grown to over 450 member companies spanning six continents.
