Regional Sales Manager – USA

As part of the Sequans’ sales organization, you will be responsible for sales growth and account management on a regional or customer level for a range of LTE products for IoT and broadband applications.


  • Manage a set of existing accounts within a given territory; identify and research new potential accounts
  • Develop a trusted relationship with customers by coordinating with other functions within the company to ensure timely and successful delivery of material and solutions to meet clients deadline and needs
  • Educate customers on Sequans’ solutions by developing sales and marketing material; identify opportunities for securing customer commitment to Sequans’ solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing strong business relationships with customers
  • Negotiate and close deals, taking ownership in the sales cycle from NBO to design-win
  • Develop customer specific business plans, sales reports and forecasts
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
  • Participate in shaping the roadmap of the company by providing product feedback, industry knowledge and market intelligence to the business unit
  • Support marketing events by attending trade shows, conferences or other marketing events


  • B.S. in engineering, MBA preferred
  • Must be US Citizen or green card holder; no sponsorships available
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or product marketing experience
  • Experience selling or marketing LTE or other communication technologies preferred
  • This is a work from home position in the USA [with location preference along the coasts]; requires a disciplined and self-motivated person with ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; hunter mentality
  • Strong customer focus, professionalism, collaboration and team work
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular hours to meet deadlines and secure deals
